CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY. Lessee acknowledges that Company's ability to provide the Boat and/or Houseboat and the Equipment is contingent upon and subject to the return of the Houseboat and the Equipment by the previous lessee, as well as other cause beyond Company's control. Should Lessee not be present or not ready to accept delivery of the Houseboat and/or the Equipment, for any reason, at the specified time, Company reserves the right to rent the Houseboat and/or the Equipment to someone else. Further, Lessee understands that when the Houseboat and Equipment are reserved, the Houseboat and Equipment are no longer available for other customers and therefore Company cannot commit the Houseboat or Equipment to another customer during the reserved dates/times. Consequently, in the event Lessee cancels, changes dates, shortens the rental period, or in any way seeks to change the rental period prior to the reservation date, the entire amount of the Prepayments shall be immediately forfeited; further, in the event Lessee cancels, changes dates, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period less than thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date, the entire reservation payment shall still be due and payable. Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or storms

2022 COMPLETELY REMODELED!!!! BOAT IS CURRENTLY IN REFURBISHMENT- NEW FLOORING, PANELING, FIXTURES, APPLIANCES, ENGINES, GENERATOR, EXTERIOR!!!!!

Starting in MAY of 2023 we are adding two newly reappointed houseboats available for rent! Both of these boats have recently under gone an extensive update process by Trifecta Houseboats, the world leader in manufacturing of aluminum hull houseboats. Both boats are appointed with a fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 and a half bathrooms, with 4 bedrooms with queen size beds. Also included is a modern electronics package that includes a 50” smart TV and an upgraded FUSION Stereo System with Blue-tooth connectivity. Enjoy piloting the vessel from the top deck helm, sun deck, which also includes a slide. Grill out on the top deck when dinner or lunch rolls around. This is truly a new experience for our boating enthusiast, whether for a week-long or a weekend getaway! We are sure this new adventure will appeal to adults and kids alike!

Welcome Aboard! We are so excited you have chosen us for your houseboat vacation. Please read all the following information to ensure you know all of the details regarding your stay with us. Your reservation details and initial payment information is above.

Remember Don Pedro Marina is in the Pacific Time Zone. Please check and verify the dates and times listed.

Don Pedro Houseboats must leave dock by 4pm PST. Customers must be boarded and depart the Marina before 4 pm PST. In the event you arrive late for your departure, you will be required to stay at the dock until the next moring.

Once on site, check-in takes place in the at the boat rental office.

Don Pedro boats are equipped with safety equipment for you. Each boat has several life jackets in different sizes. The houseboats have a distress kit with a whistle and orange signal flag. We do not supply first aid kits on our boats, but they are available for purchase in our marina store.

If you plan to bring a pet with you, please let us know in advance because there is a fee associated.

We are a full‐service marina. We feature ski boats, pontoons, funtoons, wave runners, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing boats. Please check our website for availability and pricing.

Our store at Don Pedro features a cafe and store. You will find basic grocery needs, ice, beer and bait.

Cell service & wi‐fi: Some cellphone carriers have limited signal in the park and at the Marina. While out on the open water, cell service should be available, however, if you are parked deep in a cove with high embankments, your service will probably be very limited or non‐existent.

Payments: Please remember, reservations require a 10% payment upon booking. A payment of 40% of the reservation is due 60 days in advance. The balance of 50% is due 30 days in advance. All payments are nonrefundable.
