50' Carmel Policies

Welcome Aboard!  We are so excited you have chosen us for your houseboat vacation.  Please read all the following information to ensure you know all of the details regarding your stay with us.  Your reservation details and initial payment information is above.  

Remember Don Pedro Marina is in the Pacific Time Zone.  Please check and verify the dates and times listed. 

Don Pedro Houseboats must leave dock by 4pm PST.  Customers must be boarded and depart the  Marina before 4 pm PST.  In the event you arrive late for your departure, you will be required to stay at the dock until the next moring.  

Once on site, check-in takes place in the at the boat rental office.

Don Pedro boats are equipped with safety equipment for you.  Each boat has several life jackets in different sizes.  The houseboats have a distress kit with a whistle and orange signal flag.  We do not supply first aid kits on our boats, but they are available for purchase in our marina store.

If you plan to bring a pet with you, please let us know in advance because there is a fee associated.

We are a full‐service marina. We feature ski boats, pontoons, funtoons, wave runners, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing boats. Please check our website for availability and pricing.  

Our store at Don Pedro features a cafe and store. You will find basic grocery needs, ice, beer and bait. 

Cell service & wi‐fi: Some cellphone carriers have limited signal in the park and at the Marina. While out on the open water, cell service should be available, however, if you are parked deep in a cove with high embankments, your service will probably be very limited or non‐existent.

Payments: Please remember, reservations require a 10% payment upon booking.  A payment of 40% of the reservation is due 60 days in advance.  The balance of 50% is due 30 days in advance.  All payments are nonrefundable.
